Natural aromatic materials, scent strips and supporting documents

Our Quality Approach

Quality should be visible in the details.

From the people we source from to the moment we fill your bottle, our approach is built around purity, freshness, documentation and honest sensory evaluation.

What quality means to us

Not one certificate. A chain of careful decisions.

Natural aromatic materials vary with botanical species, growing conditions, harvest and extraction. That individuality is part of their beauty—but it also means quality cannot be reduced to a single word on a label.

We look at the whole picture: origin, supplier continuity, material identity, aroma, batch information, storage and filling. When supporting documents are available and applicable, we provide them on request so professional customers can evaluate the material for their own intended use.

Our six-step approach

Care at every handover.

01

Choose relationships

We favour trusted producers and long-term communication over anonymous, constantly changing supply.

02

Understand the material

We consider botanical identity, plant part, extraction method, origin and the character expected from that material.

03

Evaluate the aroma

Natural materials must make sense on the scent strip and in the palette—not only on paper.

04

Review batch information

We check the information supplied with each material and maintain batch-level traceability where available.

05

Protect freshness

Materials are stored with care and filled in small quantities rather than left for months in retail bottles.

06

Support the customer

We answer questions personally and share relevant documentation on request, so you can make an informed choice.

Documentation

The information behind the aroma.

Documentation varies by material and supplier. For professional evaluation or formulation, contact us with the product name and batch where possible. We will share the relevant documents available for that material.

COA

Certificate of Analysis with material- and batch-specific information where supplied.

SDS / MSDS

Safety data supporting appropriate handling, storage and professional assessment.

IFRA information

Available where applicable to the material and supplied documentation.

Our product promise

Nothing added to make nature more convenient.

Our pure aromatic materials are supplied without added carrier oils or preservatives. Because concentrated natural materials can vary in texture, colour and aroma, each product page explains the form you can expect and how to handle it.
