Dillution guideline
- Use at maximum 1% dilution on skin (1 drop per 10 ml carrier oil such as jojoba or argan). Oregano is a hot oil — never apply neat.
- Patch test
Always patch-test diluted oil on the inner forearm and wait 24 hours before broader use.
