The displayed product price includes the expert assessment, formulation, preparation, packaging and a composition made with standard aromatic materials.
If your request would benefit from a rare or precious material that changes the price, we will contact you with the proposed surcharge. Nothing additional is charged without your approval. If you prefer to remain within the original price, Mirka can formulate your blend using suitable materials included in the base price.
Personalisation questionnaire
Information that helps us create your blend
Depending on the selected format, we may ask about your desired aromatic experience, preferred and disliked aromas, intended frequency of use, previous experience, allergies or sensitivities and other circumstances relevant to responsible formulation. For diffuser blends, we may also ask about room size, diffuser type, children and pets.
Only questions relevant to your chosen format will be shown. Please provide accurate information and notify us if anything changes before preparation begins.

Can I choose the exact essential oils?
You may share preferred and disliked aromas in the questionnaire. Mirka will consider them alongside the selected format, intended use and relevant precautions. A requested material may be replaced if it is unsuitable for the proposed application.
What if rare materials increase the price?
We will contact you before preparation with the proposed surcharge. No additional amount will be charged without your approval, and a composition using materials included in the base price can be offered instead.
Can I return a personalised blend?
Because the blend is created specifically according to the information and preferences you provide, the standard right of withdrawal may not apply once preparation has begun, subject to applicable consumer law. Please review the terms shown during checkout.
How should I store my blend?
Keep it tightly closed, away from direct sunlight, heat and the reach of children. Follow the individual instructions supplied with the product and do not transfer it to an unlabelled container.
